She became inspired to pursue medicine after witnessing her grandmother use organic remedies to treat those wounded in the tragic disaster on the Arvada III colony. While she doesn’t always think before speaking, Crusher has worked hard to become more conscious of others’ feelings, knowing how important her bedside manner will be as she pursues her medical career.
